PARC team conflict coaching empowers teams to transform their approach to conflict through meaningful conversation and skill development.

Based on the PARC pillars of Pause, Acknowledge, Reflect and Connect team members are guided to identify their own conflict beliefs and behaviours, to identify and acknowledge structural dynamics for conflict and gain better understanding of team relationships, communication and engagement.  

Through group coaching and support in a safe and facilitated forum, teams of all sizes and levels are guided and supported to build the skills and insights needed to navigate internal conflict in a meaningful, future focussed way that promotes collaboration, connection and mutual respect.

This process not only helps teams reflect on and discuss immediate challenges but also equips them with tools to navigate future conflict, enabling more collaborative, productive and connected working relationships.
