The PARC flagship workshop offers participants a fresh approach to experiencing and managing conflict. Drawing on research and principles of positive psychology, conflict resolution, neuroscience and psychoeducation, participants are introduced to knowledge, strategies and tools to support a shift in mindset and behaviour when working through conflict situations.
Based on the PARC pillars of Pause, Acknowledge, Reflect and Connect the PARC flagship workshop introduces a structured and practical framework for immediate use. Workshop participants will gain insight into the influences shaping attitudes and approaches to conflict, including their own conflict beliefs, habits and behaviours.
