Teachers, school leaders, well-being & student support professionals often face conflict daily and whether it’s with students, parents or colleagues, it can be overwhelming.

The PARC Program for schools, equips education professionals and school leaders with a framework, tools and practical skills to experience and navigate conflict with confidence; in a way that leads to productive and helpful outcomes.

Offering a range of group and individual training and support, the PARC Program supports people working in schools to understand their own conflict beliefs and behaviours and learn skills and tools for meaningful change.

The PARC Program workshops, training and coaching are engaging and dynamic, offering learning, tools and insights that will transform the way education professionals and school leaders, experience and approach conflict situations within the school community.

The ability to approach conflict with confidence and intention is an important life skill for young people. Differences in perspectives, competing needs and misunderstandings are an unavoidable part of human experience and learning how to navigate these is crucial for personal growth and development.

Teaching young people to recognise and understand conflict dynamics and patterns, including their own, helps to build resilience and develop skills for helpful communication, thoughtful responses and collaborative approaches for moving forward.

The PARC Program for students supports young people to develop important life skills of empathy, problem-solving, collaboration and effective communication, helping them to experience and navigate conflict situations with resilience, regulation skills and agility, preparing them to engage more meaningfully and productively with others in all areas of life.
