Differences in perspectives, competing needs and misunderstandings are an unavoidable part of human experience and learning how to navigate these is crucial for personal growth and development.
Teaching young people to recognise and understand conflict dynamics and patterns, including their own, helps to build resilience and develop skills for helpful communication, thoughtful responses and collaborative approaches for moving forward.
